2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the buyer from the seller in an electronic environment.

3. Product Information and Price

The essential characteristics of the products, the sales price including taxes, and payment information are displayed on the site before ordering. Campaigns and discounts are reflected in the cart.

4. Delivery

For digital products, delivery is made through the specified communication channels after payment confirmation. For physical products, the shipping time is communicated upon order confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In the case of digital content and services performed immediately, the right of withdrawal may not be used with the consumer's consent. For other products, the right of withdrawal is reserved within 14 days. For details, please refer to the Return and Exchange page.

6. Disputes

For your complaints and objections, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
