Return and Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to a person indicated by them.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Returns may not be accepted for digital products if the license has been activated.
• Return requests should be communicated via {$contactEmail|escape} or through the contact form.

Return Process

1. Create a return request with your order number.
2. Your request will be reviewed, and you will be contacted.
3. Upon approval, the product return or digital cancellation will be completed.
4. Payment will be refunded within 14 days.

Exchange

An exchange can be made for an equivalent product depending on stock availability. Please contact our customer service for exchange requests.

Damaged / Missing Delivery

For damaged or missing products reported within 48 hours of delivery, free exchange or return will be applied.
